Ultraviolet bactericidal recirculator RBZ100 (with 3*30 W lamp) (hereinafter recirculator) is designed to disinfect the air in the presence of people. It is used in medical rooms, for children, sports, industrial, local and public institutions. It is an effective means of preventing and combating airborne infections (flu, tonsillitis, etc.).

4. CONSTRUCTION
The recirculator consists of a case of painted galvanized pipe, 1 lamp, electronic ballast, fan
for air recirculation. The housing is made of painted galvanized pipe. The fan installed inside
the housing draws air through the inner chamber of the recirculator, where it is cleaned by the bactericidal lamp,
the recirculator has a low pressure bactericidal lamp, emits an ultraviolet spectrum with a wavelength of
253.7 nm, which is close to the maximum bactericidal effect of radiant energy. This suppresses the activity
vitality of airborne microorganisms, viruses and vegetative bacteria (bacilli, cocci)
effects of ultraviolet rays.
5. SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MEASURES
CAREFUL! Only personnel who have completed the necessary training are allowed to operate the air recirculator. A
disconnect from the mains in the following cases: replacement of the lamp, ballast, removal of defects,
disinfection and cleaning of dust.
CAREFUL! If the lamp breaks, it is necessary to collect the drops of mercury with a pear
rubber and wash the place where the lamp broke, with 1% solution of potassium permanganate. Throwing the lamps
defects must be carried out in accordance with the “Methodological recommendations for monitoring the organization
current and final demercurization and evaluation of its efficiency ”no. 545-87 of 12.31.87.
6. PREPARATION FOR WORK
After unpacking the recirculator, check its integrity. Install the recirculator in the room at a
height at least 2 m from the floor in a horizontal position Insert the plug into a grounded socket. If
the recirculator comes with a power cord, to connect it plug the plug into a socket connected to
earth. Press the ON button on the remote control. Nominal lamp to increase the time of
initial exposure by 1.2 times (20%), and after 2/3 of the nominal duration of the service term - by 1.3 times.
Exposure controls should be performed every 6-12 months (depending on the intensity of use) with a dosimeter
type DAU-81 TU 46-13-1443-83 or with an SRP-86 band spectro-radiometer. Exterior finish of
the recirculator, in addition to processing the lamp, allows wet sanitization.
7. CURRENT REPAIR
Routine maintenance must be performed by specialists of repair companies. During the repair, you must
the safety measures specified in this instruction are observed.
8. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES
The manufacturer shall ensure that the recirculator meets the technical requirements, if the consumer
comply with the conditions of transport, storage and operation. The warranty period of operation is 12 months
from the date of sale, but not more than 18 months from the date of manufacture.
The warranty does not apply to the lamp.
During the warranty period, the manufacturer repairs the recirculator and its parts upon presentation of the Instruction

9. CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE OF PRODUCTS
The ultraviolet bactericidal recirculator complies with the technical specifications of TU U 33.1-30108964-003: 2007 and
is recognized as suitable for use by the National Agency of Public Health of the Republic of Moldova: NP-
7599/2020 of 21.10.2020, FOR USE IN THE PRESENCE OF PERSONS.
